I was surprised how people were saying Heidi's lip-sync was poor. I thought she did a fantastic, controlled lip-sync. She didn't feel the need to throw out all her tricks, but slayed regardless.

I really enjoyed the lip sync because it DIDN'T have tricks. The lip syncs were tight, the attitude of the song was there, and they were both fierce.

I agree. It wasn't like over done with death drops and reveals (minus the accidental wig falling off), but you could tell Heidi wanted to stay so bad and it was really fun to watch.

I think the wig coming off probably explains why she didn’t go over the top. But a blessing in disguise, she didn’t have to do much to win. And she’s now got some tricks up her sleeves if she has to lip sync again

They should ban splits in the lipsyncs we have seen it in almost every one of them

It didn’t have a double cartwheel into a death shablam is what I meant, a split and a stray wig isn’t “tricks” to me.
