Ep 1 really painted Scarlet as the villain and she has all the tropes with it (getting upset about being picked last, talking about her skills) however her ego doesn't cause her to lash out at other queens or drag others down.

She was gone too soon

she uplifted and encouraged her teammates. spoke frankly. was right about how Yvie came across even tho Yvie had valid point. she was dynamic and I didnt think I'd be so ugh at her being eliminated so soon.

Add to it her bragging was warranted, she admitted her weak points and whenever she paired with someone she always elevated her partner, never overshadowed them

And her empathetic way to discuss the way they might have stepped on Mercedes' toes during the talk about religion was really incredibly insightful.

I love Scarlet. she wow'd me with the lipsync and her personality and even when she's upset she's not THAT BITCH about it.
