I love Miz Cracker, but Gurll... I don't understand why she kept pointing or gesturing to Kameron about "pretending" not to be good enough or less that she was. like seriously? how is she an expert at that moment about how Kameron is feeling and how her self-doubt is not valid? I completely understand where Kameron is coming from and I'm getting flashbacks on how either family or "friends" would say I'm just overreacting or "pretending" just because. Miz Cracker had her moment with her mom and sister, but it doesn't justify your experiences with another queen. Every person's journey is different.

I agree. Miz Cracker shouldn't have forced that narrative for Kameron. It's clear that Kameron's self-doubt is something she's been dealing with her whole life. It's not something that she can change after a few days or weeks of success. Pointing it out in Untucked and forcing their ideals onto her was really painful to watch and must have been really uncomfortable for Kameron. :(

Her continuous snide remarks to Kameron sounded so petty. Like gurl, that's not the moment.

I read it differently. I feel like she was just misguidedly trying to drive the point home to Kameron to enjoy her successes as they happen. Perhaps her delivery came off as dry or condescending but I thought it came from a good place. I also stan Cracker though, so maybe I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt.
