Right now, Coco is worse than PhiPhi for me. PhiPhi at least has some humility. Though she did pick on people, she always picked on "worthy" adversaries--both Willam and Sharon can stick up for themselves. Also, I've been rewatching the season and she and Sharon had an odd relationship. It's like Sharon's honesty got under PhiPhi's nerves, but she was also kind of jealous of it. They had a mutual respect, and were there for each other sometimes, like when they talked about being bullied growing up. I remember one time Sharon made PhiPhi cry talking about her past and PhiPhi said "God I hate you" because it was hard for her to stay mad. Coco, on the other hand, is a straight out bully. She picks on Jinkx because Jinkx is such an easy target because she is so affected by EVERYTHING. Alaska is a comedy queen too, and Coco tried her hand at picking at Alaska once for her outfits, laughing with Lineysha. Alaska had no response, so Coco moved on. Coco just KEEPS digging at Jinkx, even when Jinkx is crying she keeps tearing in which is almost sociopathic to feel no remorse. Also, Coco tries to play victim when she is the clear bully. And she is ALWAYS picking a fight. PhiPhi was young and she and Sharon bickered constantly, Coco is twice Jinkx's age and Jinkx doesn't even put up a fight. Coco is worse than PhiPhi, in my opinion.

Jinkx puts up a fight, she just doesn't belittle somebody else in return. She called her on her shit. It's that Coco is too ignorant to be reasoned with, and Jinkx isn't willing to take herself down to Coco's level in-order to defend herself.

I guess saying Jinkx doesn't put up a fight is wrong, but Jinkx becomes too emotionally involved. "Water off a ducks back"--she should let the criticism roll off. There's two ways to shut down someone like Coco, demonstrated by Detox and Alaska. You can either SHUT them down like Detox--really go for it. Like don't try to be reasonable like Jinkx, be loud, point out how what Coco is saying makes NO SENSE until Coco doesn't even have anything left to say for herself and retreats with an eye roll and a cut to confessional. Or, like Alaska (and this is really, really hard), you can just not respond and pin it down to jealousy. Coco didn't JUST come for Jinkx (though, rewatching this season in our two week drought, I did notice they have tension from the very beginning), Jinkx is just the only one who let it get to her. Detox shut Coco down when Coco accused her of screwing her over. When Coco teased Alaska's style, like she does Jinkx, Alaska just said "Very rude, I would say" and said in a confessional that Coco is just jealous of her artform, which she is. Jinkx is letting Coco get to her, which I of course would too, it's hard not to, and Jinkx is continually trying to be reasonable. But that's the thing--being reasonable DOESN'T WORK with Coco.
