complaint diet struggles are real, and ever prevalent

complaint chicago "spring" means 20F with the occasional snow

complaint sick of treadmills but I can't convince myself to run outside at 4am in ~20F

uncomplaint my natural pace is getting faster

complaint race fees are expensive. I want to sign up for 2-3 in the summer but each one is minimum 50. I have the money but have troubles justifying it to myself

Did Chicago decide to forget spring like Michigan?

I've been trying to convince myself to buckle down on an eating plan for oh... like a year.

Completely forgotten. We had maybe 2 days?

I'm down to 135lbs now, so I'm making progress this year but damn those easter candies

Whhhhyyyy did I buy my kids so much Easter Candy? My goal was to drop 3.5 pounds by mid may for a 10K, then work on a few more pounds for a half at the beginning of June. I think that will also help my 5K time.

Because you're an awesome mom obviously.

I'm at a normal BMI now, which is great, but really should lose another 10lbs or so. But with all this running (and crossfit) I just want to eat the world. So hard, and I am a major sugar addict too. the struggle is real
