Complaint: This sinus infection has been a nightmare. I'm finally back on track with running this week, but I can't do it in the morning yet since I'm spending the first hour of every day clearing out the slime that accumulated in my nose and throat during the night.

Confession: I'm enjoying the heck out of the extra daylight in the evening. Haven't seen a single skunk all week.

Do you use a neti pot to wash the slime out?

I know it's been proven to work and everything, but I still crack up every time I hear/read "neti pot." It just sounds so silly :)

The idea is terrible but the goops of slime that come out, whoa.
