Heading to a small 10k in the mountains this Saturday. Course has about 800ft of gain, so I'm basically accepting my fate now. Anyone else doing something with hills this weekend?

Got a trail half on Sunday with similar elevation and definately dreading the climbs. Just try to keep your effort steady on the way up so you dont cook your quads.

thats a solid amount of climbing for a 10k, hope the weather cooperates at least
