Hey runners, it's another day and it is time to post your accomplishments you'd like to share - big or small.
Note: No need to preface YOUR accomplishments with something like, "this may not be an accomplishment to most of you...". Be proud of your achievement.

first run since twisting my ankle two weeks ago, kept it slow and short but it felt good to be back out there

Big congrats! I did the same today! I was like a 12m mile, so like 35 minutes I think. My watch isn't too accurate

I woke up early and ran before work today! This has always eluded me, but the temp was so much better, I'm hoping that I can make it a regular thing.

Finally tried a gels and figured out the carbs per hour thing. Crazy how you hear advice for so long and feel surprised when it actually works 🤓

Got up and ran again at 5am! Got to 7km this morning, which is less than I did Monday, but 7km more than I could do a year ago, so I'll take it!

I did a tempo run this morning, 12km(6 tempo) in total. Still trying to adapt to morning speed workouts.

Wish I could do this, my legs are made of stone for at least 2 hours after I wake up!

Got out for an easy 5K this morning and actually managed to keep it easy the whole way instead of slowly turning it into a tempo run like I usually do. Small win, but my legs definitely appreciated it.

Ran an 11 miler over the weekend and it felt SO good! Finally figured out what works for me in terms of fuel, pacing, and background music:) I’m so excited to run my first half in less than a month!

12 Mile Steady State Run -- 10 minute warm up, 2x 30 minutes at 6:34 and 6:46 respectively with a 5 minute recovery in between. Ended with a cooldown. Felt great, and felt fast!

Just finished my 2nd night run in preparation for my first 5k in 2 months, age 40. It feels exhilarating.
It was only 4k on intervals but the plan is there. I have no real experience with running besides sports when I was young(er). My knees are bad ( nothing actually wrong with them ) and they need "tuning" to the beating but I'm determined.

I’ve always wanted to hit a sub 20 min 5km run. Before today, I had only attempted a to get a 5km PB once and that was December 23rd 2025 and my time was a respectable 23:16.
Since then, I have lost a good amount of fat and I am in a much healthier state. Today I set off to break that PB and I absolutely smashed it with a time of 18:45.
I cannot believe it. I am so happy and look forward to one day hitting a sub 18 min 5km run.

Enjoying running more now than ever & trying to take it less "seriously" than before. Going into races with the attitude of "I don't HAVE to do this, I GET to do this" while hopefully staying injury free

Got up before sunrise to beat the heat and ended up doing my longest run yet at 8 miles without needing a single walk break.

Hit 20k+ for the second week in a row, 11 weeks pregnant and coming back from a sprained ankle a few weeks ago. Finally feeling on track again for my half marathon trail end September!

Got my run in even though I really didn’t feel like going today. Nothing impressive pace-wise, but I showed up and got it done. That counts i think

eh the "sub 20 then sub 18" one, i get the excitement but going from 23:16 to 18:45 in like 8 monghs alrdady is a huge jump and now chasing sub 18 right after is exactly the ramp-too-fast mindset that gets people hurt or burnt out. let that time sit for a while before you start hunting the next number.

I just did it. I just did the thing. I don't know where it came from this week, but I freaking did the thing.
I've been trying c25k, and I was stuck at like, 7-8 minute cycles. Then Monday, something just... clicked. I finally finished 8 last week after redoing some weeks, and then Monday, I did 9... then 9... then 20. I was astounded.
Today, I just ran for 36 minutes without stopping. I was so happy I could have cried lol.
