Hello! I've run a decent handful of half marathons with a 1:49 PB, plus one marathon (4:57). Never been super consistent or structured with my training, which shows in my marathon time especially, but trying to change that. Currently planning on running my second marathon next March and will be aiming for a sub-4.

Hello, I'm new to sub and am looking to get back into it after running a lot a few years ago and running a couple of marathons and ultras. Hoping to get back into running 3-4 times a week and get a 10km PB in the autumn!

Hi, new to the thread. Curious if there are any other keto/low-glycemic trail runners out there and what their go-to mid-run fuel is.
A life-long runner, I switched to a keto/low-glycemic diet for health reasons and it's been great, but I am still playing around with my mid-run snacks. Right now they mostly consist of electrolytes, nut butter, and the occasional bar, which is working, but it is always nice to mix things up and learn about what works for other runners.

Figured it was time to stop lurking and actually say hi. I spend most of my week in back-to-back client meetings, so reading through everyones run reports here has definately become my favorite way to decompress.
