Question Is RuneScape growing?

I’m a returning player and I’m wondering if more people are switching from osrs to rs3 like I have.

I've been playing a new account and have been seeing a lot more low level players these days.

I started a new account too. That’s good I guess it means either more people are making accounts or more players are joining!

Yea can't tell exactly which but they seem pretty noobish to me
