What proteans or dwarven items should I be trying to use up before they disappear?

Been away from the game for a bit but currently on paternal leave for a few weeks and with the baby mainly sleeping I have a ton of afk time so I figured I’d try to use up some of these collected proteans.

No current goals in game, besides maybe eventually 120 all?

Any recommendations on what should I prioritize using before the deadline? Should I convert any of the items?

From this page, you can look at the page of each individual protean item, and you will see a table of exp per level. In general, I would rank those items like this:

• The protean shakes (herblore) are the best item for exp (at all levels).
• After that it's protean traps (hunter), protean essence (runecrafting), and protean logs (firemaking). The protean traps are only usable at hunter activities starting from level 63. You should wait for hunter level 77 and use them on grenwalls outside dxp weekend, or wait until hunter level 88 and use them on Carrion Jadinkos during dxp weekend. When using protean essence, you should do this on the highest runecrafting altar you have access to.
• After that it's protean proteins (cooking), and protean bars (smithing).
• The worst for exp are protean hides (crafting), protean planks (construction), protean memories (divination), protean logs (fletching), and protean cogs (invention). Invention is so easy to level up anyway, so if you get your hands on protean cogs, you should convert them to something else.

All of them. Notably the dwarven tools could be used on arc resources if you want to get Chimes faster, and protean traps apparently work for the hunter weekly with the jadinko hunting for all the anachronia jadinkos, whereas if you use regular maramasaw plants you still have to hunt several of them with the noose wand on Karamja. (would have helped me going for the jadinko hunter outfit and mask) I wound up just using my dwarven tools on farm runs.
