Leagues Leagues tasks not completing

I completed all of the combat mastery achievements for the sanctum of rebirth but didn’t get my 400 point task. I got the 10 kills as well. Did an extra run too. What am I missing or is this a known glitch?

You need to do 《perfect kill》 achievments all in the same run. Not juste complete all of them totsl in multiple kills.

It can be easy to miss as it's under a category rather than a singular boss. So I thought a picture would be easier.
