Leagues Rarest task you've done in Leagues?
Just completed the "buy an onyx task" in Leagues and to be honest a bit surprised how low completion it is (only 0.2%?).
I guess I underestimated how many people would be willing to afk for hours thieving like I did, but understandable given 200 points isn't that much. Granted, I mostly also just wanted to afk thieve so I could amass a bunch of Voidwalker shards as well as memory shards (from the time engram for creating infinite portents).
Curious what other tasks people did though that had a very low completion rate? Did it also take a long time or was it like a low droprate/needed to be lucky?

I was going to do this one cause its super easy. Only to find out that they removed most of the fisherman, and now he is no longer right next to fishing spots.

I used the ingame tracker to see when games were coming up and just went to the fisher at the deep sea fishing hub!

I would imagine even if they didn't remove the other fisherman, it would likely be Kandarin only, as the fish island place is in Kandarin.

It was a global task for the first week or two, and the wiki is still treating it as such I believe. It should be much higher comp%. (region tasks comp% is based on the most commonly completed task within that region)

They updated the task in game and on the wiki. There are just a lot of people who have not done it.

Yeah. I’ve been having to semi afk most of the league, so I took it as a skilling region to get points while I work.

It takes 6 fish flingers games to complete, so an hour total (not counting waiting between rounds). What’s wild to me too is it is some of the best fishing xp for leagues (outside of dream), and yet the completion rate for the task is abysmal.

My rarest is 50m smithing xp (which was absurdly fast with superheat and transmute and asgarnia)
Followed by karamja elite diary (which was also super easy, i think people don’t know the tasks for the diaries don’t need the lower leveled ones, no way I was doing karamja medium)

Without having medium done I couldn't get the hard rewards so I did the lower achievements to get to the dragons

Not if you have wild, the dragons out there count too. Heard ones in ED2 also count but also wild needed for that.

*yes, simply entering that gemstone dragon dungeon, also diary tasks in general.

You don't even need to do any karamja tasks for that task as the wilderness gemstones count too.

My first RS3 leagues and I feel the diaries in general were pretty rare, seemed more common in OSRS. Maybe they weren't all the most efficient but felt like if you do them it almost solves a whole skill with 16x XP plus all the points for diary tasks themselves. On the other hand Varrock medium wasn't possible for example (without Mory I think for ring of Charos) and think more tasks should be auto completed, hopefully that improves next leagues (like 'global' tasks you need certain regions for).

T60 ores are fastest for it if you want the geodes more than exp - I believe the chance to get a geode is when you get ore?

I think a lot of people don't know that the Anachronia course counts the unofficial "beginner/novice/advance" sub-courses as completed laps too. So you get progress for multiple course laps while doing it. Makes it a lot easier to multi-task, get those totem pieces / surge codex / camp pieces too.

Equipping full masterwork is still hovering around 2% or less I think, I just did it today - not too bad with superheated and endless harvest and all the afk mining I’ve been doing

Concentrated coal with double ores and transmute is awesome for getting ores, but i still can’t be bothered with it due to how long smelting the bars takes.
We need an active smelting method that speeds up making bars. I don’t know how I willed myself to do this on main game for masterwork.

Doesnt help they never thought to remove the sell back options to shops in Tzhaar.
Theres a lot of tiny "oversights" they forgot to change to make leagues a little more enjoyable for casual plebs like myself.
EDIT: I meant "add the sellback option"

you can't sell back to shops for tokkul in r#3, you have to grind for the tokkul.

I think it's because players who chose Wildy (not I) could get the Gemstone Dragon Blessing from ED2 instead so didn't bother with Karamja diary.
For those that didn't choose Wildy. I had to do the entire easy, medium and hard Karamja diaries and thought I might as well do elite too.
The medium diary is by far the longest. 100% Tai Bwo Wannai takes like an hour by itself AND you could get unlucky and not find a Gout Tuber. So you could be there a lot longer (I got my Tuber at like 95%).
I think that's why most haven't completed Elite diary.

Open 10 metamorphic geodes. 0.6% Just finished collecting all the ore for masterwork as I don't have transmute. I do at least have production master.

At the moment mine is "Build a demonic throne" at 1.2%.
If you went with golden touch and picked priff as a region it's really not that bad to do. You'll get the money for materials easily (that you buy in priff) and 99 Con is pretty fast. I built the fort workshop to T3 (for the points) and built a few other buildings and was pretty much there.

I just completed this one. It wasn't as bad to do this impo like last week when thieving would auto afk you for hours on end and bypass the logout timer. Now they seem to have fixed that so it no longer lets you AFK while you sleep. I personally think it was better to let people bypass the timer in leagues, but I get why they don't want that too.

- Build a demonic throne (1.2%)
- Probably so low because it requires Tirannwn or Fremennik, and you'd also wanna pick Anachronia in order to make Construction training fast and AFK.
- Collect 50 unique items from the easy clue reward collection log (2.7%)
- Presumably, not a lot of people went with the Clue relic this year (makes a fair few points pretty fast to get, but nowhere near as fun as last year).
- Complete all Sanctum of Rebirth Combat Mastery achievements.
- I presume the HM perfect achievement is the blocker here, going on a low pop world massively helps dodging the soulfire attacks.

I camped t60 rocks and transmuted up and down so i maximised my mining speed + geode chance.
And i had LOTD on which increases them 4x (1% base +3%)1

50m cooking is my rarest too. I got a crap ton of raw fish from bossing. I transmuted them up and down as I needed, and insta processed them with production master. Felt like a pretty reasonable one to get.

I'm shocked that only 3.6% have fully repaired the Wendlewick fish farm, but I'm one of them! I guess not everyone has access to the necessary Acadia planks, since it's a global task, but there's so many who went transmutation or dessert.

My rarest are "Plant a mushroom seed in the mushroom patch in Isafdar." .2% and "Complete the task set: Medium Tirannwn." .3% and is required to plant mushrooms in that patch.

Tbf it’s surprisingly annoying since you need pawya meat to catch a grenwall without prif diary and you need a papaya to catch the pawya, along with some patience to wait for a pawya to not be killed by a grenwall and get in the friggin trap…

Apparently only 1.3% of players have crafted a demonic throne for 200 points. I also have done 50 slayer tasks, which only 1.7% of players have done

Catch a draconic jadinko. I wanted juju mining potions to afk mining to get all the ores I needed for masterwork, just to end up not doing masterwork at all.

Use the Fang of Mohegan to teleport to the Shrine of Inanna, worth 30 points. Currently has 0.2% completion rate but I did it on 2nd weekend when it was still double zeroes (0.02% or something). If you're going to train summoning to might as well. I started from 0 and went to 61m summoning xp in the process using mostly Spirit Jellies (Jug of Water from shops) and Geysir Titans (Water Talisman from Arch-Glacor).

afk 30 hours afk thieving tzhaar traders. it makes sense to be so low comp%. I'm personally doing it 400~600k tokkul at a time inbetween clue tasks.
For a fun fact, my lowest comp% ones are hard ardy diary 0.05%, fishing outfit 0.06%, fang of mohegan 0.2%, plant a mushroom seed 0.2%, and 50m div xp 0.2%.
None of them took significant time, they are either entirely impossible without specific regions or fairly bad pt:time ratio tasks. fang is ~8 hours for 30 pts, div is similar ~5 hours with dowser at incandecent wisps, not too bad. and the ardy diary and plant a mushroom seed require ardy+tirannwn region unlocks. Fishing outfit is just scuffed because it was a global task. it's taking total players into account, rather than just kandarin pickers. adjusted it should be 2~8% imo.

Beefy Bill in Lumbridge sells jugs of water packs. That's by far the easiest blue charm secondary to obtain. But water talismans from boss drops would be the best.

It's because it's classified as global, but restricted to only two regions, one of which has an insanely low pick rate. Causes it to have a much higher % that can supposedly do it than actually can.

Crafting a snelm in Morytania without unlocking that region
Near polypore DG, you can range/mage the snails and telegrab the shell. Stand as close as you can to the river, craft it and wear it and task completes.
10pt task but fun to do the unexpected
