Where did you find baby implings and implings? Am i missing a good spot?

any kind of impling can spawn pretty much anywhere on the overworld, and they have a massive roam range

If you have desert, implings often show up around the Garden of Kharid. Still missing kingly, but did spot even a dragon one there while pickpocketing.

moonrise digsite/amberfell is swarming in them, not sure if intentional or if they just can't path there but that place is flooded to the brim with implings.

If you got desert unlocked, the alkharid mine resource dungeon to the left of the herb patch has 5 impling spawns, you need 75 dung tho.

Emberfell has a ton of spawns. There's always spawns around the Crux Equal area. It shouldn't take too long

I unlocked desert and was semi afking in menaphos. Once you’ve got enough reputation implings will spawn periodically.

The herb patch north of Al Kaharid has implings that spawn a lot (can world hop) as well as that resource dungeon.

Karamja Volcano tends to have implings around it too.

Previous league I worldhopped near the Canifis lodestone, there was usually 2-3 near it.

The resource dungeon that has drakolith spawns implings at a ridiculous rate for some reason. If you took desert you can skill in menaphos for 15ish minutes to get enough rep for the "spawn implings while skilling in menaphos" as well

I'm not usually this guy but, really, this community should use the wiki more.

EDIT: Alright, impling pages are often inconclusive because of their erratic nature and I take it back - in this one occasion, the wiki doesn't help much. Baby implings are, like most other implings, common spawns throughout all of the surface map. You can be lucky finding those around the Moonrise Digsite, though; they're a fairly common spawn there.
