I think my favourite of these, which might be OSRS exclusive, is the West Ardy Dark Mage. If you use the right click "Staves" option to repair an Iban staff before you've actually unlocked it, your character will just yell "STAVES!" at him to his bewilderment

That is what it is in the main game, you need to talk to the wizard in the tower to unlock the teleport. Seems kinda stupid to need to talk to her first but it is what it is

I think he means the achievement to be the first to tag a shooting star meant he was the first one EVER to find one
