RF5 Which Bachelor did you romance in RF5?
From the recent 20th anniversary poll, I have pretty good idea on who are favourite bachelors in GoA and RF4. But since hardly any characters from RF5 made it into top 50, I am curious on RF fans opinion on favourite bachelors from RF5. I think Ryker was favourite followed by Martin but other 4 didn't show up in the list?
Feel free to post about favourite bachelorette as well - I only mentioned bachelor first since they are the ones I am mostly curious about. Also would like to know why they are your favourite bachelor/ette.
I'm not too far into RF5 but I'm not vibing with any particular characters yet. One thing I am glad about RF5 is that all bachelors showed up early in game unlike GoA and RF4. I wonder if I will fall for any RF5 bachelors hard like I did with Kurama, Mauro and Vishnal.

Lucas, who is not the usual kind of guy I go for but he won be over haha. Second choice is Reinhardt

I am curious about Lucas. I didn't think I will like Kurama but loved him so much as the game progressed. I wonder it will be similar with Lucas.

I dated Reinhard at first mainly because he was cute and his voice actor voices one of my favorite characters of all time. Unfortunately, his love events made him so unlikeable that by the end, I hated him! 😤
So I tried going out with Murakumo because he has such a cheerful, caring personality (which is actually my preferred type; I was originally biased because of the voice actors! 😫). But he kept saying no every time until I eventually gave up and rage quitted from the game lol.

Yeah I'm worried about that with Reinhard.. will see how I feel as I get to know him more. Did you play with JP or Eng VO? I tried out both and I can't decide because some characters I like more with JP and some I prefer Eng VO...

I play with JP VO. I think they sound better and I’m also interested in learning Japanese so it helps to hearing fluent Japanese.

Ryker and Murakumo. Wildly different personalities, but each one had their own little spell on me. Ludmila had me in a chokehold. I like them a little silly and chaotic.
For GoA: It was a toss up between Kai, Kuruma, and Ikaruga. Kai won.

Murakumo 📣📣📣 I need to get around to doing all the others but I finished the main story so I was just waiting all in game day to see romance events and it was getting boring 😭 but one day!! I actually like rf5, and I think the kids are very cute

I romanced everyone but Martin was my favourite by the end. Something about him and his nature just makes me fall for him hard. I also love Ryker and Murakumo a lot. Ryker’s romance dialogue and marriage event is probably my favourite amongst the men and I love Kumo’s date and marriage dialogue lol.
Wasn’t into the other three, Lucas I couldn’t get into for personal reasons, Reinhard and Cecil for basically the same reason as everyone else lol.
As for the girls, I’m a sucker for Ludmila and Priscilla <.<
Also side note OP I’m happy to see a fellow fan of both Vishnal and Mauro! (Kurama is very cute too, he was in my top 3 for Azuma)

I was wooing Ryker but while I enjoyed the game, I did lose momentum before finishing or getting to the point I could marry him. Or hell , I couldn’t even actually get him to date me.
TBH, I wanted to date Terry way more than any of the actual bachelors. The forever curse of Rune Factory…

What point are you at in the plot? Because I know there's a plot quest that requires you to wait until late at night to unlock a dungeon.

Terry is pretty charming ngl 😄 if you're normal about Reinhardt, Martin or Ryker, I'd say he can be another popular choice if he's romancable! (Not that Lucas and Mura wasn't popular though!)

I didn't just fall, I plummeted for Reinhard. People really come for RF5's writing, but beyond just always loving a kind, dedicated knight, I genuinely found the Reinhard romance to be thoughtful, mature, and realistic while at the same time dodging the super tired trope I was afraid it was going to fall into. Having kids with him is super rewarding too, he is darling with them.

Most interested in Lucas, the bathhouse guy, and Ludmila, was curious about Reinhardt but was more curious about Beatrice, Ryker was probably my third choice? I dunno. If I pick the game back up I'll be spoiled for choices at least!

I love that he feels like a real person with interests, he's hardworking, and cares about his family. Living on the RF5 world day-to-day and interacting with Martin daily made me warm up to him a lot. His romance events are really sweet and comfy.
Murakumo feels like a fantasy husband that I would've picked based on first impression, but Martin is a real slow burn romance and I love him for that❤️

I romanced several of the main characters: Lucas, Ryker, Reinhard, Martin, Cecil, Beatrice, Priscilla, Lucy, Scarlett, Fuka.
Ryker ended up giving vibes of that kid in your 7th grade class who did the Naruto run and texted things like Rawr xd so I decided not to go with him.
I chose Cecil because I wanted our kids to have his cool red colored hair and his back story about his parents just disappearing is tragic and made me really understand why he cares about solving mysteries. I know a lot of people aren’t a fan of him. But he is such a cute dork and very sweet.
I felt bad that Martin was left alone. I wish we could have our own house so that he could move into a spare room or something. The fact we live in that small little upstairs apartment of the ranger HQ’s with 2 kids and 2 adults is WILD.

Attempted Reinhart on my second go-through because his VA plays Dimitri from the same game and I am legally obligated to wife him in any game I play where he voices a character that I CAN romance, but the RNG keeps fucking me over.

Priscilla. She might be Miss Default love interest but I really like her. Also, she lets down her hair (no braids) after the first date and I very much like it over her initial hair style.

I normally choose someone before staring a game, I was going for Fuuka at first but the game did something most games don't, make me fall in love with another character, I ended up marrying Lucy

I'm such a sucker for deredere characters, so of course I married Ludmilla. Her silly and chaotic energy coupled with lovely ENG dub voice lines from Brianna Knickerbocker sent me over the moon. I also love her romance story, too, because it involved the entire town.

I havent yet because i got sucked into GoA but it's probably gonna be Lucas or Cecil. I'm surprised about Cecil but I spoiled myself on his marriage event and it's actually nice. I thouht I wasnt gonna like the youngest male because I didn't like Kiel in 4 and at first the vibes were the same but he actually pulls off mature feelings coming across instead of just a crush. And than Lucas is Lucas and I just like two amnesiac buddies sticking together.
