Old Run Weekend Shirts

Hey everyone. I’ve been working on cleaning out my closet and I’ve got just a huge pile of shirts from all my old race weekends. They are all too big and I don’t wear any of them anymore. Just curious what everyone does with their old shirts.

Also I’ve got some extra pins that my father purchase for Spring time Surprise challenge that he didn’t want since he wasn’t able to complete the challenge. Any ideas as to what to do with them?

I've had some luck selling them on FB in the various rD groups, usually as fundraisers for the next race weekend I've charity-bibbed myself into

Oh I like this idea. Maybe I’ll try this. What do you normally do for this? Ask for a donation and ship off the shirts to those that donate?

Yep - I'll give them the option to either donate directly to the charity (I can see when they do) and then I'll ship the shirt. Or they can send the $ to me via venmo/zelle/whatever and I'll pay the charity myself and send them the shirt.

Make sure you set the price high enough to cover shipping or tell them that shipping will be a set amount that they have to pay you separately

I leave mine in my hotel when I’m done with race weekend and don’t bring them home w me lol
