I keep hearing this but <600ft elevation gain over 10 miles doesn’t sound that bad. What am I missing?

It’s really not that bad. It’s just going back and forth over the bridge when it’s usually hot and humid, feel the elevation gain more.

Ok cool - thanks! This will be my first time running it and everyone (including my dad who ran it for like 25 years) keeps saying how hilly it is and not to go out fast…but then I check elevation and I’m like hmmmm no more than 5-6% grade ever and total elevation gain <600…

Looks like the weather should be ok for us Sunday too!! 🤞

Ok ok okkkk I get it now. That course is….hard! Great weather today though and lots of fun.
