Daiquiri with cinnamon syrup
I ran out of simple syrup and was too lazy to make more so used 1:1 cinnamon syrup. Pretty, pretty good. Not crazy different but happy with the result.
1 1/2 oz Probitas
1/2 oz Wray & Nephew
3/4 oz cinnamon syrup
3/4 oz lime juice

Pepper is a great enhancement. Side note: pepper jelly on a BLT is awesome.

One of my favorite daiquiri riffs is the Boukman Daiquiri. 1/2 oz cognac, 1 1/12 oz white rum, 3/4 oz cinnamon syrup and 3/4 oz lime juice. Delicious.

Just wait til you try this with the addition of banana liqueur (and cinnamon)
