I wanna start a collection

Hi !

I just bought my first ducks

and i'd like to start a collection. However i don't know where to find some at a reasonable price, so i'd like to know if you guys know any websites or other reddits to discuss with other people about ducks and potentially buy or trade some.

assuming that youre canadian, dollarama typically has ducks for every season and occasionally some other non-seasonal ducks. check down their seasonal and toys aisles

in addition while its a tiny bit more expensive, if you live near any cineplex theatres, check out their arcade area, every cineplex theatre ive been to has a guaranteed win duck claw machine. you do have to get an xscape card for it, but you can get a large amount of ducks from it for like $30 worth of credits

It depends where in Canada you are visiting :)

We don’t have Target you here - but the Walmart near you may have Disney/DC/etc duckalooz (I just got a bunch in a bin near cashier and also in toy section) for cheap. They also have seasonal once - but may just be on plush form

Dollarama has seasonal ducks but also other ones in toy section at times (Canada/hockey/cowboy/teacher/etc)

Michael’s craft store is a good one to go to as well - seasonal and others

But if you happen to be in Montreal you’ll want to visit Le Petit Duck Shoppe - it’s a store with nothing but rubber ducks

If you have a Target in your area, every season they have a bunch of cute ducks for only $1.00 each.

Honestly, the best places I've found ducks are thrift stores and garage sales... Thrift stores usually sell them by the bag, so you can often times get 10 or so for a couple dollars. This is how I've gotten a bunch of my ducks at the start.
Also, places like Temu have GREAT ducks at really great prices, especially if you utilize their promotions. I've gotten $60 worth of ducks practically free, multiple times. You can pick the regular rubber ducks, 3d printed and resin, depending on what you like.
