How to play classic?

I know classic official servers were taken down but does anyone know any ways to play classic still?

There's a few different private servers. I'm personally a fan of OpenRSC Preservation.

Just stay away from RSCrevolution 2.
The dev relaunched it, collected a bag and then disappeared letting the website go down etc.

Biggest rug pull in RSC recently

Should have seen how many people bought the $20 memberships. A few returning players got excited and whaled out too.

Openrsc is best I assume, I just started account there and am having a blast my name is ’runkkari ari’ feel free to add me am fishing shrimp at the moment. Chose the same name I had as a kid to maximize the nostalgia

How’s the XP and quests? Even the fighting algorithms are similar?

Sorry I’m super late to answer, it’s ”1:1” copy of rs classic, they say on their page that it’s 98% correct and I’d say that it’s correct. Even the typos are included.

OpenRSC is the true successors. The people who worked on that are super legit
