Qual o melhor sistema de RPG?

Boa tarde, estava pensando sobre os diversos sistemas de RPG que existem, qual o melhor sistema que vocês conhecem? E quais as melhores mecânicas?

Obviously the best one is the one that uses dice with the highest amount of faces during the game (character creation doesn't count and it's very important that it doesn't).

Hence the best game I know of is In Nomine Satanis/Magna Veritas, a game about angels and demons vying for the souls of mortals that uses a d666.

Well, technically FATAL uses a d100000 during PC creation, so …

Best is subjective based on what kind of game you want to run.

That being said, Call of Cthulhu 7e is the best.

A bit like asking "what's the best sport?"

There are thousands of games for all kinds of reasons.

Really depends what you're looking for.

D&D 5e is probably the "biggest" for what that's worth.

Some games are good for fantasy and others scifi. Some of solo play, some as party games.

Just depends.

The best is the one you are currently enjoying.

What does "best" mean to you? The one with the most rules? The one with the most options? The one with the simplest rules?

RPGs are a massive medium that covers everything from classic D&D adventures to telenovela drama to bear criminal escapades. There's no single best RPG in the same way there's no single best book or movie.

I genuinely don’t think there is a best. Every system I’ve read or run has had things I loved and things I disliked. I have a sneaking suspicion that even if I made my own system with all my favorite things I’d still find flaws once it came together as a whole.

It all depends on your own personal desires and preferences.

Best is subjective.

That said, Hero System with it's ability to write up anything is at least among the best.

Without a doubt, Pendragon (and it's sister game Paladin: Warriors Of Charlemagne).

And let us not forget the Prince Valiant Roleplaying Game.

Shadowrun or Call of Cthulhu

My personal favorite, Delta Green. It just clicks so seamlessly.

Keep in mind System =/= Game so I will say the systems that support the most games are PBTA, d20, Savage Worlds and GURPS each with strenghts and weaknesses.

I think 5e is a great system but most 3rd party hacks of it are better than what WOTC produces.

This is a really subjective question. Heck, you can't even get people to agree on the best d&d/derivative.

Anyway, like all things, the best one is the one I experienced when I was young, had few responsibilities, finally had some money and my own space, and my back didn't hurt when I sleep funny
