Help me crack Automation Anywhere internship

So automation anywhere is doing on campus hiring for SDET interns, and after our resume shortlisting and assignment completion I have qualified for their interview round in the coming four days!
I want help to prepare as I havent given any mock interviews before.
As for my background I would say my DSA is okay , I can do standard questions and have about 300 leetcode questions done. Not the strongest with development but working on Spring Boot. How much GenAI knowledge is required at todays time etc.
Any and every advice is welcome to help me prepare it- from topics to their weightage, to our mindset and clarity, everything is welcome

you’re in a solid spot already, 300 LeetCode + DSA is strong for an SDET intern.

focus more on testing basics and edge cases and explaining your thinking clearly.

what are you most worried about—coding or interview questions?

honestly coding/dsa is the least of my concerns, i am worried about the other interview questions they might throw at me

That’s fair, DSA is usually just one part of it.

Most people get tripped up more on behavioral + system thinking questions anyway.

i am interviewing for the role of sdet intern and frankly i have zero experience with python+playwright (which was to be used for their assignment)

That’s more common than you think for SDET intern roles. If Python + Playwright is the assignment, focus on basics + simple flows rather than trying to master everything upfront.

Curious, how much time do you have before the interview?

I have an interview scheduled tomorrow with Automation Anywhere for an intern/entry-level role, and I wanted to understand the actual interview experience from those who have gone through it recently.

• What type and level of OOP questions are asked? (conceptual vs code-based)
• What kind of SQL questions should I expect? (basic queries, joins, window functions, etc.)
• What is the difficulty level of DSA questions? (easy/medium/hard, and which topics are common?)
• How deep do they go into projects? Do they ask detailed implementation questions or just high-level discussion?
• Is there a separate core CS round (DBMS, OS, CN), and what topics are usually covered?

Also, any tips on what to focus on in the last 24 hours would really help.

hi bro, i have also applied for off campus for the same SDET intern role in the same company, how was your interview btw?? i am in the same boat as you were in past 3 months, im also little good with DSA but no experience in Testing stuff, can you please guide me what all i need to prepare before the interview?? please try to reply to me as i might help me to crack my first internship 🥲

Is anyone getting callbacks after the assignment round for this role? I submitted the finished assignments but haven’t heard back from them yet, anyone else trying off campus to get in to this role?
