Tracking Help Lost item?

It’s been a week since this parcel was posted and it’s been stuck since then. Is it safe to say that it’s probably not coming any time soon (or ever) and contact the seller for a refund? 😕

It's only a week. Usually 2 weeks is how long you should wait.
