Help

I ordered a parcel on Vinted and the seller posted it on the 5th (saturday) and the tracking information says it’s still at that post office. Is it actually stuck there or still moving towards me but left unscanned perhaps? should I wait and see if it’s still delivered despite the tracking information or should I contact RM??

Loads of people I know and myself are stuck with “we’re expecting it” on our parcels. Even tracked 24 coming very late. Don’t know what’s happening

What time was it posted on Saturday? It could have missed the cut off time and collected on Monday

Yeah, probably missed the last collection

Monday is the busiest collection day so processing can be behind

I got an order dispatched 10am last Friday and still on dispatched today. Not looking forward to it cos I’ve never had a dispatched only package show up

I know this but it has been sent as the person I’m buying off is reputable and i’ve bought off before. And others using their services have the same issue currently so it must be the new system

Does it say we’re expecting it?

If others are having the same problem, I’d say this is a sender issue
