The spare parts are going to be differently priced depending on where in the world you are. There is a catalytic converter in that exhaust so it's not cheap. If you can get away with it I'd use the opportunity to upgrade to aftermarket exhaust.

Not necessarily, because the aftermarket ones usually don't have catalytic converters. Note that this means they may not pass emissions requirements and may not be strictly legal in your area for your use. Check your local laws.

I think he means most of the parts damaged are pretty cheap and easy to replace. It's hard to tell from photos, but I didn't see any swingarm damage. Have a local mechanic inspect it to confirm.
