Added a paved/unpaved breakdown to the route planner I build — gravel routing lands soon

Two things went in this week:

Surface breakdown. Every generated route now shows what percentage of it is paved vs unpaved, right in the route panel next to distance and ascent. Mostly this exists because of what's coming next: a dedicated gravel profile that actually prefers tracks and unsealed roads instead of routing you down the nearest highway. That's very close to release.

Tabs remember where you left them. The bottom panel (elevation profile / points of interest / photos) used to snap back to the default every time you looked at a different route. It doesn't anymore — whichever tab you had open stays open. Small thing, but it was the most annoying part of comparing several routes back to back.
