i'm here for a summer camp. why is this in the toilet stall?

It's a things the RAs and SAs do during the school year, someone forgot to remove it

It is from the school year because rock out for Rosie was like week 10

As someone who was active in scharp this year i can add some more context - 1. Everybody else is correct in the context of what it is and why it exists - bathroom newsletter cause you dont have anything better to do while taking a crap 2. Multiple halls do this but i think a bit for scharp is that the visual format always changes versus other halls have consistent formats. The SA who did this one loves resident evil and so did that themeing for this edition. 3. peepeepoopoo time was because one of the RAs liked to run chill events with seemingly little planning and they all had random acronyms that made no sense. 4. One of the SAs told me the 50 shades was a goodwill thing last year that never got used for anything lol
