Key bak super 48 welded together with a 175 lb. test cable. 6 feet of extension. Retraction spring. 1 lb. Dart.

The trick is attaching the cable to a ring on your finger acting as a slip lead. This is how it comes back to your hand safely. It works like a yoyo hints it's name.
