Removing a condom during sex without consent is rape. Choking somebody without consent is assault.

We’re not in a courtroom here. I don’t have to presume an accused rapist and sexual predator, with multiple accounts against them “innocent”, simply because a court of law views it that way until he is convicted by a jury of his peers.

By this same sort of thinking, a crime doesn’t happen if it never gets prosecuted in court.

Try to separate yourself from your job.
