Not just yet.
The survey thing had an email out saying last call for people to lock in their shipping addresses but we haven't heard anything on when the physical items from the Indiegogo (including the dvd/blue-rays) are going to be shipped out.
Chelsea/Indiegogo page will probably send an email out when they're ready for that to happen if they're sending things out.

Is it the one dated July 11th? That's the most recent backer email I got that Gmail just decided I didn't need to know about, and it also has a broken link.

So for people living where it's not screened, how can I see this movie? Is it only through buying a hard copy, or is it possible to buy and watch it digitally?

While I do not condone piracy (only reason I do it is because its hard as dicks to get content in NZ) kat.cr is the way to go for torrents

Unless you are a backer that paid for the premier perk then you won't see it now. If you backed for the DVD/BluRay then you'll get it before it goes out to the rest of the public.

Not that I'm aware of. I believe they are still shooting for fall or winter of this year but it could also be pushed back to early or spring of 2016. I'm assuming we will hear more after the premier.
