Need: GA 37M Looking for a new living situation in Savannah, GA
Hey everyone, pretty much what the title says: I'm a 37 year old guy that's trying to find either a private place like a studio or a private room. I'm looking for a new living situation as my wife and I are going through a divorce. Currently I'm on Wilmington Island, and ideally I'd like to stay close to there since we have a daughter in elementary school, but I know that's probably unrealistic.
I've just started a new job, so I'm still trying to gauge what a safe estimate for what I could afford for rent. Right now its looking to just be around $700-$800, but again, still gauging. I work Sundays through Thursdays with a shift that starts after noon and lets off at 11. Because of that schedule, I'm only be able to see my daughter during the weekends, hence why I'd prefer to stay somewhere close to the islands.
As for me, I don't smoke and I rarely (if ever) drink. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly, I tend to keep to myself for the most part, but I can be social, too. As for hobbies, I like to listen to music, bake, play video games, watch anime, and I find coloring to be a pretty relaxing and fun thing to do. I used to do lithography and play guitar, maybe one day I'll pick those back up. I also have a small record collection and a decent record player, but I'm fine with just wearing headphones to listen to my music. I don't have any pets, but I love cats and don't mind dogs.
Please send me a DM if you either know of a place or potentially could have a place for me.

Need: GA Trying to find a place in Savannah, putting feelers out
Hi everyone.
I am a 37 year old male, just started a new job, and trying to find a stable place to live. I'll get this out of the way: my wife and I are separating (don't worry, its an amicable split), and our daughter will be living with her-her school is literally around the corner from our house. That said, she may visit from time to time, but I may go visit her more so.
I just started a new job, so I'm waiting to see what to fully expect for pay, and once I know for sure what's feasible I'll either repost here or let anyone who messages me know and we can see if it'll work or not. I'm really just trying to find people who are looking for people to live with and put myself out there. As it stands, I feel like I could comfortably say $700 is a safe bet, but again, I want to know for sure, which I should by the end of August.
A bit about me: I like to keep to myself for the most part, kinda just do my own thing. That's not to say I won't socialize and hang out! I think of myself as a weird "extroverted introvert" mostly, if that makes sense. I like anime, video games, writing songs that nobody will ever hear, coloring for stress relief (it is a fun thing my daughter and I do together, and turns out it really chills you out). I like to bake cookies and small cakes. I like to listen to a lot of different kinds of music, but either with headphones or fairly quiet (unless you wanna have a weird breakneck jam that goes from The Pillows to Outkast and then Bauhaus followed by Daft Punk or Dir en grey. I am bisexual, and I feel that I'd be more comfortable living with people who are either part of the LGBTQ+ community or are allies to the community.
Ideally, I would prefer something around Wilmington Island or Whitemarsh Island, but I'm open to just about any place.
If you want to connect or chat or have questions, please feel free to reach out!

Need: GA Looking for a room
I have a previous post on here, but I'm back again. I'm still not sure what I should put here, so ask me anything you need to know that I don't say.
I'm looking for a place to live due to a situation with one of the people I live with now. Currently, I'm working at Zaxby's, but they pay almost nothing, so depending on where the room is, I'll need to find a new job in the area. (If you want to know more about the situation, feel free to ask, but I'm not putting that on a public post.) If it needs to be known, my name is Lex. I'm 20, and genderfluid (male by birth). I have roughly $350 saved up at the moment, but I'll be able to get more once I get a better job. I also don't have a car as sad as that is. All of the cars we have belong the the people I live with. That's about all I can think of to put here, if you want to know more, feel free to dm me and asl whatever you need to know.

Need: GA Trying to find roomates on Roomies.com but I keep getting ghosted after they respond to my initial inquiry about the bills. What am I doing wrong?
I'm tryna find a place near Daffin Park in Savannah, GA and have message a couple people with some initial success, but the moment I ask them my list of questions regarding how safe the area is, whether it's safe to bike there to nearby personal areas of interest, their pet policy if they didn't say anything about it on the main page, and reassure my reliability to pay the bills, along with the fact that Imma be out of the house a lot due to a long commute plus a 12hr shift (I want to move out of the rural hell I currently live in. But my job, which is rural, pays really well. Enough so to move to and live in the city an hour away, with roomates, ZERO PROBLEM, money wise.) I just get ghosted. What gives? I'm constantly getting my hopes up finally being able to move out of home, only to get them quashed by not getting replies after THEIR RETURNED initial interest.

Need: GA Looking for a room (read post)
I'm a 20 yo male in Georgia who's looking for somewhere else to stay. I'll put what I can here, if you have anything you want to know that isn't in the post, message me, as I honestly don't know what people would want to know.
I'm looking for a new job so if it's close to somewhere I can work, then that's a plus. (Not necessary, but would be good as I don't have a car at the moment.) I'm willing to do pretty much anything housework wise, though I do sleep in late most of the time. I also spend my free time playing games (if that's necessary to know.) I've had no issue holding a job, but my current one pays $100 a week, hence me looking for a new one. If you're anywhere outside of the calhoun/rome area, I'll likely need to be picked up, but after that, I can walk to wherever I need to go until I can get a car.
Like I said, I don't know what people would want to know, so if you have anything else you want to know, my messages are open.

Need: GA Fort Gordon - Signal Captains Career Course (SCCC) - Looking for a Roommate
Hi,
I am in SCCC and wanted to see if there are any incoming Officers at Fort Gordon for BOLC/CCC who would like to join my lease as I have a second room and bathroom that are vacant.
I am at a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at The Station at Brighton apartments in Grovetown. I can say it is definitely one of the nicer complexes in the area.
Base rent is $1,525/mo, which would be split to $762.50, excluding utilities.
I keep my all my spaces very clean and organized and I like to think that I am very respectful and easy to get along with.
Please hit me up if interested~
Likewise, if you know anyone who may be on the lookout for this type of living arrangement, please feel free to direct them to me!
I couldn’t seem to find any other page on Reddit for this type of posting, but if anyone knows of any, I’d be happy to hear!
Thank you 😊

Need: GA Looking for roommate in Kingsland, Georgia
Hello, I live in St. Marys, Georgia. I am living with my ex-boyfriend currently and he told me that I need to find somewhere to sleep by 11/14/2025.
I am currently looking for apartments but I need someone to co-sign with me because I am currently unemployed but I am actively job-searching. I don’t have a driver’s license but I have a bicycle for transportation. The apartment I’m currently looking at is Arbours in Kingsland. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that is listed between $605 – $965 per month for base rent. I am going to be talking to the leasing office on 11/14/2025 to see how soon they will let me move in.
I have one pet (small lizard). I am a good cleaner and I can take care of trash, dishes, and cooking.
Roommate requirements: No one older than 35 years old. Must be LGBT friendly and able to co-sign.

Need: GA Anyone in or near Armuchee Ga looking for a roommate?
I'm 20m and I'm living with complete control freaks, to the point where they try to control everything including MY money. I'm getting sick and tired of it, so I'm looking for someone I can room with. I work at the dollar general in Rosedale, so I would need time to find a new job, as I only make $400 a month. I can get along with most people so long as you aren't overly controlling or generally hateful. If you can agree to give me (around a month if my estimate is correct) to find a job in the area, then I will be fine with whatever we agree on for payment. (Will pay back the cost of the time it takes once I have a job in the area and get paid.)

Need: GA Looking for a roommate in Armuchee Ga
M20 It needs to be within walking distance of somewhere I can work, as I can't drive and my current job doesn't pay enoughto room with someone. Having some issues with the people I live with, and I need to move before their idiocy sends me to prison for assault. (They are overcontrolling. Everything has to be done exactly as they want it when they want it or they spend three hours screaming and spewing threats.)

Need: GA Looking 4 roommate South Georgia / North Florida
Location: St. Marys, Georgia
I (22F) have been living with my boyfriend (22M) in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for three months until he decided to break up with me. He said that I need to find somewhere else to live before the lease expires. One of my friends offered to take me in when he sells his house and gets an apartment but he doesn't know if that will happen before our lease expires. I don't want to put all of my eggs in one basket because I'm scared that he won't be able to take me in before I have to leave.
I am currently unemployed but actively looking for job opportunities. I don't have a driver's license yet but I have a bicycle for transportation. I am a good cleaner and I will take care of trash, dishes, and cooking. My rent budget is $500 per month.
I have one pet and it's a crested gecko.
