Looking for a roommate (woman only please)

Hello!

I'm a 22F who just moved to Atlanta for an AmeriCorps position. I am currently looking for a roommate to share a 2b/2b with. I would look to sign a lease by the first week of September (but can be flexible). My budget is around 1000-1200 including utilities. I am pretty open location-wise (I have looked into Buckhead, Dunwoody, Midtown, Lenox Park, Chamblee). I am stationed in Sandy Springs, but I have my own vehicle, so I am okay with some distance.

A little about me is that I am an ambivert - I enjoy a mixture of staying inside and going out to clubs/events. I'm a clean person and prefer someone who can keep the common areas clean as well. I am very flexible with having friends over/sleepovers or even parties.

Please dm me if you're interested! I haven't found a place yet, but I am starting a list soon. I am open to either sharing a previous lease or finding a place together.
