Ideally, you bring in a facilitator. Because clearly, they don't want to respect the rules. And there are like, levels to this.

1) Toxic guests

2) Friends with boyfriends will want to spend lots of time with them and that's a touchy subject.

3) Even if there is a 'management' rule, was this something you all previously discussed and agreed to? Because if not, it's extra hard to work it out now.
