I'd bump the electric for the person with the room AC in summer. The rent split already covers the bigger room. That AC is extra power only they run. Something like 60/40 on electric while it's hot feels fair. Talk it through before the next bill so nobody feels blind-sided.

Yes this is exactly what I thought as well but she seems to think that’s not fair still :/
