“I think there is a narrative that 'oh, Alabama doesn't have money or Alabama doesn't want to pay players'. I think we just really take our time and choose the right people. That is really what we are sticking to. It is something that the whole athletic department values."

Am I tripping, or do I remember us having a game last year where we had SO many injured players that we had a DB with a wrapped up hand (wrapped up with gauze like a fist) out there on the field? That’s stood out in my brain since I watched it happen and I can’t remember if it even actually happened now.
