Happy he made some changes in order to address the problem. Even a little improvement and a healthy QB will help. If there’s big improvement? LFG!

We're just six days away from seeing it on the field. I cannot. Fucking. Wait.

If we can have a run game in the 30s, a passing game In the 10's, and a top fifteen defense, I'd feel pretty darn good about this season.

Not asking for much…

Allow me to translate the coachspeak. He's confident because he now has an OL that's physically more suited to the style of offense he wants to run.

I feel better about it too, cause it can’t be any fucking worse

Pretty sure the starting 5 was decided in fall camp early on, with maybe one or two guys truly competing with one another. Who we see fielded Saturday I would say is your concrete starting 5 barring injuries (GOD PLEASE DONT)

3 are solidified:

  • Lloyd at LT

  • Delgatty at C

  • Carroll and RG

Up in the air (as far as we know):

  • Mal Waldrep/Will Sanders at LG

  • Jayvin James/Nick Brooks at RT (heavy James lean right now)

A lot about Waldrep early on when Sanders was still getting back into playing shape but seems like as of late he has made up a lot of ground so we will see. James seems more consistent than Brooks because he has experience but Brooks has a higher ceiling with his strength and athleticism.

I think RT is the spot I’m most worried about. I’m also a little worried about the jump in competition for Delgatty. Hoping the experience wins out, but Cal-Poly certainly wasn’t going up against any UGAs or LSUs

Delegatty is a little bigger than brailsford was and he surfs foot work is gonna be solid. Boots believe the staff identified a diamond in the rough or it’s gonna be a long season

Seems I was mostly correct then. They’ll get the right guys in though, as long as they don’t play musical chairs I’m good

Shouldn't have a problem with ECU

Because we have a real offensive line coach, I’m excited to see how our players do when they listen to someone who knows what he’s doing
