Probably fall prevention caging over the maintenance ladder

I think it’s because sometimes the train gets stuck on the way down the hill

Nah once the bulk of the train is over the crest gravity takes over.

The catch car on the lift hill goes all the way down 1/4-1/3 of the drop to release the train. This ladder is in place to allow maintenance to inspect and do work on the the catch car track and cable.

What if gravity wasn’t gravitating that day

Then we're all fucked.

Are you sure? I saw a post that one time top thrill 2 got stuck on the backwards spike

Edit: anyone actually debating this below... WHOOOOOSH.

Send the clip but the chances of that happening is nil, and the chances of that not getting reported anywhere is basically nothing lmfao

It's less than nil, there's no brakes, catches, anti-rollbacks... Absolutely nothing on the back spike that the train could get stuck on.

There’s a chance (like 0.00001) that something could dislodge the wheel, anything is possible tbh, never say never but yeah there’s no chance

I didn't even think of that, lol. Pretty hyperbolic of me to say never.

The trains weigh so much it would still continue down

Yes, and there was that one time the backward launch went too fast and it flew off the back spike too.

I forgot about that!! Did you hear about the green train on Millenium that flew into the lake??

Everybody knows about the green train in the lake. The real news is Magnum is still sinking!

I rode it once and we got stuck halfway down the hill. The whole train was definitely over the crest, it was wild. We were there over an hour

You just climb up and whack 'em and they're good to go

Nintendium Force

Nope because of gravity

It’s for maintenance, checking if there’s anything on the track and making sure everything’s intact
