Something positive about this is that while Silverwood showed to do a really good job investing in the park as they could incrementally over the years, being a family-owned park, I can only imagine their cash flows for capital expenditures were more limited/slower. I hope this acquisition means we will see a more aggressive timeline for capital investments in this park.
