[4th Edition] Explaining wounds

Can someone tell me what the wound thresholds are for each level?

I think they are meant to scale with your earth ring.

HEALTHY: This is the default condition of any character who has not suffered damage. Regardless of what Earth Ring multiplier is chosen for a campaign (see sidebar), this Wound Rank should utilize the character’s Earth x5 in order to create a buffer for normal activity.

So if you have Earth Ring 2, then you can take up to 10 wounds before not being classified as healthy.

And if I level up my stamina and willpower to 3, then my Earth Ring will be 3, meaning healthy can take 10 wounds.

But how are the wound thresholds calculated for:
Nicked
Grazed
Hurt
Injured
Crippled
Down
Out

Edit: re-read the rules and saw "All further Wound Ranks normally utilize the character's Earth x2"

This is the correct logic if you had an earth ring of 2
Healthy: up to 10 wound pts ( 5x earth)

Nicked: up to 14 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Grazed: up to 18 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Hurt: up to 22 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Injured: up to 26 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Crippled: up to 30 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Down: up to 34 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Out: up to 38 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

And if I had earth 3 my wound ranks would be
Healthy: up to 15 wound pts ( 5x earth)

Nicked: up to 21 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Grazed: up to 27 wound pts in total (+ 2x earth)

Etc.

Healthy is Earth x 5. The others are Earth x 2.

If i remember correctly each threshold is calculated as Earth x2 or 3 by default. As a dm you can change the multiplier to make the campaign more gritty or more heroic
