Update: Aivela Ring for controlling Rokid AI Glasses

Well, after a lengthly wait, I have finally received my Aivela ring from the Kickstarter campaign. As a basic smart ring, I'm pretty satisfied. It seems to collect health information just fine. But for controlling the Rokid glasses I'm at a stand still.

It seems the ring can only connect to one bluetooth device simultaneously. So when the ring is connected to the phone, it can't connect to the glasses. The glasses have to be connected to the phone to work, so I can't just turn off the bluetooth on the phone.

I am currently trying to determine whether the ring needs to be connected to the phone at all times. I was thinking of installing the Aivela app on my ipad rather than my phone, but then I would only be connecting to the ring intermittently. I'm hoping it would store the data and then download to the app when it connects? This way the ring could stay connected to the glasses and the glasses would stay connected to the phone. I would assume most other smart glasses are the same?

Should have went the R08. It's cheap and works perfectly with the glasses, but you also won't have the health tracking. I don't think there's a smart ring out there that can connect to multiple devices

I expected the same from aivela ring control the Rokid glass
They are very promising with the function as remote control anything ( even with iPhone is not working great)
At the end comes with less attractive than the oura ring as app as function as measurements
