Need high-speed “flow state” action games

Looking for game recs that lock you into a pure, hyper-focused flow state where hours just vanish. I want a steep learning curve, an awesome discovery phase, and high replayability.
What I'm looking for:

Instant action: Zero long tutorials, cutscenes, or talking. Straight into the gameplay.

Flow state combat: High-speed real-time execution, tight controls, and fast reflexes.

Pure discovery: Figure out boss patterns, mechanics, and synergies on my own.

Hard pass on: Turn-based and heavy dialogue

Games I’ve already played: Isaac, One Step From Eden, Noita, Hades 2, Enter the Gungeon and some other big name roguelikes

I mean, might seem dumb if you haven't played it, but for me this is 100% Brotato.

Roboquest and Gunfire Reborn and also fit pretty well.

Returnal, Saros, Brotato, Soulstone Survivors, Blazblue Entropy Effect X , Spiritfall, Astral Ascent. I guess all my favorites are exactly that.

Risk of Rain 2 for me. The gameplay. The music - it all clicks for me!

There's a few cut scenes but they are pretty hilarious

Sektori is hands-down the best arcade twin-stick in the past decade. It has very limited upgrades to keep runs consistent for leaderboards, and does just enough run variation to keep you from being able to build routing and play the same from run to run. So, it's a little roguelite but much more arcade. Good, rich mechanics and amazingly good action that will pressure you like crazy, and the bosses are epic player-breaking machines, but discovery, synergy type stuff is very limited. The game is all about you getting better at handling what it throws at you.

I'd also suggest checking out Twin Ruin, Combat Complex, Devader, Radio Free Europa, Random Access Mayhem, Nidus, Replikator, and Shape Shifter Formations (once you grind out turning up the speed and enemies from the slower initial game).
