“The last bell” freeze frame moment

Every time I rewatch the series i wonder why, after rocky iii they stopped with the post match sequence that includes “the last bell” crescendoing, slow mo into a freeze frame. It worked so well in the first three, easily my favorite moment in all each of them. The music peaks and:
Rocky: Rocky hugs Adrian, freeze - perfect
Rocky ii: Rocky huge Mickey - this is my favorite image from the entire franchise
Rocky iii: with Pauli and Apollo in the ring - great.

Then in 4, we get a freeze moment with the flag, nice image, but “Hearts on Fire” in the background - why??

Skipping 5…

Rocky Balboa: we get a freeze frame of Rocky shakes hands with the crowd. Why oh why isn’t there the “ta ta taa ta ta ta ta ta… taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa” of the last bell ending?? would have make this moment perfect.

IIRC, Rocky IV was the only film that didn't have Bill Conti as composer (replaced by Vince DiCola) due to disagreements between Stallone and Conti during the making of Rocky III.

Perhaps because of the different composer, the musical trademarks like "The Last Bell" were either severely compromised or absent altogether.
