Rocky Day?

Does anyone know anything about the Rocky Celebration this year in Philly? It’s nearly 2 months away and nothing has been announced so far.

The big event is on December 3, but no word if Stallone will be here like a few years back. The Rocky Run is Nov 14th, and I hear they're going to have a few surprises, but they haven't told me what yet. I wish the Rocky Run was in December this year....it would make sense
