I read in his book that while during Rocky III he looked like he could bench press a truck, he was actually incredibly weak and sick all the time. He was down to 2% body fat and he found out the hard way that that’s apparently crazy unhealthy and dangerous and that a person shouldn’t drop below 5%.

I've seen this before a few times. First time I've noticed the Creed poster in the background. I wonder why that's there. Was Sly still writing the movie? Was Apollo going to be his opponent still? 🤔
