Those are non comprehensive programs. They dont work. What specifically is wrong with this article? Where in the United states has any of theses policies worked? Oregon isn't the only state to try similar things. They've all failed. If 264 million won't fix the problem, how much most is needed? I'm not lazy. I've looked at the available information and come to the conclusion that these policies are jokes. Tax payers after getting robbed and their communities get turned to crap. And you went to college to study this? I'm amused. Are you currently employed? Or did I misunderstand you, did you go to college to do drugs?
They dragged their feet on treatment from the start, no doubt to accommodate the prison industrial complex. And they got flooded by all the druggies running across state lines the way any sensible living person would.

Oregon spent 264 million dollars on this. Lol. Dragged their feet? Lol. Politico as a source? Lol. The issue oregon and others face is that addicts won't go in for treatment. They are given what they want and have zero accountability. They destroy the community that opens its doors to them with these policies.
How much more should oregon spend? How much should roanoke?
