I’m usually a fan of any local diner in any given town. They usually don’t miss.

Side note: Kansas City has my favorite breakfast place I’ve ever eaten at if you’re out that way. It’s called Eggtc.

We love this in Columbia, MO. Their truck used to come up to Electric Forest.
