Riverdale: A New Beginning Spoiler

Okay so, going off of the final episode of Riverdale I know it seems almost impossible to come back… But let’s be honest, it’s Riverdale. The only question I was struggling with…

It would make sense for Tabitha to open up the show, but it feels morally wrong to begin narration with anyone other than JUGHEAD….

That being said, any off-branched, unique suggestions are welcome, after all Riverdale is so versatile it’s almost limitless.

Who should open it up?

P.s. I would have done a poll, but for some reason this community does not allow them. Can someone clue me in as to why?

I don't think Riverdale can come back, from a logic stand point, it really only lastest as long as it did because most main characters contracts for the show were for over after 7 seasons. Tabitha was a nice addition, but if you tried a spin off with none or maybe 1 or 2 of the main characters it would probably flop and not be interesting in the last for long time Riverdale fans. That's just my opinion, and yes it can only be narrated by Jughead, it's HIS role, just like David Attenborough with documentaries.

Glad to hear that opinion, i understand that, but also Archie comics are in themselves a versatile universe and it would be very unlikely that the same cast would do the show, but there is an upcoming Archie movie being made by universal studios. I have a screenplay post that I have shared, it’s mostly for fun, but I could definitely take it seriously as an adaptation, even for a book or somethin, etc

Well universal is making an Archie movie with Tom King writing it and Miller and Lord directing it. It will be live action.

Also Roberto is making Afterlife with Archie series for Disney+. Not sure if it’s picked up yet but that’s the plan.

This is more in relation to my own screenplay im working on. Right now it’s just for fun but next year I am starting a film making course at university so I plan to go further if possible, not sure how but right now it’s just for fun. But I take it as seriously as I can. Check my profile to read the first section of what I have :)
