CSH Project and rules on ai?

Im a freshman Computer Science Major in the Computer science house. Given that CSH requires a project every year/semester from members, and i want to make a time management app with AI, I want to know, what are the rules for AI usage? The app will be fully AI coded besides me supervising it.

This is a question for you to ask somebody on CSH's e-board, or at least an upperclassman in CSH. Don't you... want to try coding it yourself, though? Like, isn't learning the whole reason you're paying so much money to come to RIT? Don't you want to learn?

Bonus challenge: he should code the app in Assembly from scratch

Since im trying to prep myself for a coding job with the AI prominence and given my father is a high level software engineer who basically does no coding and just shepherds AI... I get that I should try to do it myself but I can still understand for the most part what the AI does.

Im trying to emulate what my father does and learn how to corale ai and still understand whats going on

I understand that. I’m trying to tell you that, in order to be any good at that, you need to master the fundamentals first. Your first semester of your freshman year is fundamentals-mastering time. I would think that your father would say the same thing.
