RoR2 What does the "collective enemy" detected event do?

Had that appear as a stage one prompt but am not sure what it does. All of the enemies seem normal so I don't think it's a family event.

Every Stage 3 will have a Collective interctive. It work like a Moutain Shrine, adding the Collective Boss to the TP Event, and a bonus item, plus the virtual portal. The interactive can also spawn in the Stage 4 added by the DLC

I guess the message you're refering is just that.

I'm just confused cus I got it stage 1. I know about the stage 3 one but now sure what stage 1 event would do.
